We supply the standard Uplift door or Downlift window with a quality polyester powder coat finish. We have an excellent range of powder coat colors available as standard, or you can choose a non-standard color for an additional fee. Premium quality powder coating is available for doors and windows for coastal areas or corrosive environments.

We supply all our Uplift doors and Downlift windows in either motorised or manual operation. Smartech offer a range of operators to suit different products and applications.
Smartech Uplift doors and Downlift windows are all custom made. You specify the size, color, cladding material and the mode of operation and we will create the perfect Uplift or Downlift frame to suit your project.

Weight covers for our Uplift doors and Downlift windows are designed to enclose the counterweights out of harm’s way and provide a neat aesthetic finish. Covers wrap around, extend from the track and return to the wall.
Smartech Uplift doors provide an elegant and easy-to-use solution for high ceiling applications, such as in showrooms and warehouses.
Many cladding materials can be used with Uplift door frames and include glazing options, which make them a perfect fit for spaces where visibility is important even when the door is closed such as in car dealerships or other showrooms.
Our Downlift windows were specifically developed for elevated applications, such as windows or balconies with balustrades, where it is possible to have the door slide down the outside wall or through a slot in the floor. It is an ideal solution for patios, balconies, and winter gardens.
Double-glazing options are available additionally to the standard high-quality dual sealing system, making Smartech Downlift windows a sustainable living option.
