Quote Request
- Complete the quote request webform, alternatively

stage 2
Order Received
- Provide the signed Smartech Letter of offer, Purchase order or Sub-contract agreement
- Pay the deposit invoice
stage 3
Site Measure
- Our installer completes the site measure, alternatively
- You can provide us a Guaranteed Opening Size
stage 4
Design the Product
- Our engineer completes the shop drawings (if required)
- Once approved, Smartech orders the relevant materials
- Fabrication commences
stage 5
Productions
- Cutting and welding of frames or CNC fabrication of frames
- Powder coating of frames and components
- Fit-out and assembly
- Pay the 2nd invoice
- Packaging and despatch
stage 6
Installation
- Door/wall/window, side-tracks, glass (if selected) and counterweights installed
- Motor installed and confirmed operating
- Initial balance and commission
stage 7
Commissioning
- Pay the final invoice
- Final balance and commission
- Motor checked and confirmed operational
- Covers Installed
- Operations manuals sent
- Training and assistance with operation of door/window/wall
