Smartech Door Systems were selected to design, manufacture and supply their customised SmartechUplift Windowsfor the new six-star Ritz Carlton Hotel.
Located on the edges of the picturesque Swan River in Perth, WA, the prestigious Elizabeth Quay waterside precinct offers resort-style amenities, ferry terminals, commercial and residential space with The Towers as a grand centrepiece.
Forming part of the Ritz Carlton hotel’s ground level, the Smartech Uplift Windows complement the exterior of the Hearth restaurant and lounge. Selected for their height and sleek framing, they open to welcome airflow through the restaurant’s dining area and afford breathtaking views of the prized riverfront location. Blending beautifully into the façade of the building, the customised frame colour perfectly matches the palette of the hotel.
The operation of the Uplift Windows is almost effortless thanks to the Smartech counterweight design, which also ensures product longevity. The Uplift Window’s vast glass panels are specially designed for high-ceiling applications and are available as either single or double glazed.
