Smartech were approached by Signature Homes to select an appropriate product for this home. This resulted in the selection of a Smartech Tilt Window being installed in the kitchen, with a fixed window below.

The tilt window opened up the living space between the kitchen and backyard creating lovely views of both the swimming pool and the landscaped gardens. Hence this brought a sense of flow between the indoor and outdoor spaces of this beautiful property.
