Voss Builders have recently won top honours at the 2020 HIA Western Victoria Regional Housing Awards for a stunning, light–filled abode perfect for the modern family.
Smartech were engaged to contribute to this award-winning project with the design, manufacturing, and installation of a tilt façade garage door. An impressive use of timber is a feature throughout this home, providing a feeling of warmth and also showcasing the builder’s carpentry skills and workmanship. This is of course also reflected in the beautiful timber cladding of the Smartech tilt façade garage door.
Smartech’s Façade Garage Doors may be customised to create practically limitless design and vision options. The facade garage door frame’s counterweight design allows it to support cladding weights of up to 400kg in addition to its own weight. As a result, it can support the markets’ largest cladding weight. Hardwood can even be used as a cladding material!
