Award-winning builder Signature Homes decided to integrate a Smartech Tilt Façade Garage Door into the façade of this home. The garage door has been custom-clad in timber slats, which blends seamlessly into the overall design of the building and creates an uninterrupted look. Concrete walls in the entrance area of the home contrast the oak-coloured natural timber for a modern design.

Tilt Facade Garage Doors are great for where the garage is set back from the property line so that it can extend outwards when opened. No clearance space inside the garage is required.

The tilt garage door frame’s counterweight design allows it to support cladding weights of up to 400kg in addition to its own weight. As a result, it can support the markets’ largest cladding weight.
