This striking, modern and stylish new home featuring a Smartech TIlt Window was once an 1887 double-fronted Victorian cottage. However, it was in need of an update and therefore a transition from old to new was expertly executed. As part of the transition, this 1887 residence has been fully enhanced through clever architecture and well-considered additions.

Not surprisingly, this project demonstrates the essence of a well-crafted makeover. As a result, the Delco Building Group won the Master Builder Excellence in Housing Award for this project.

Smartech were approached by the Delco Building Group, to select an appropriate Smartech product for this home.  This resulted in the selection of a Smartech Tilt Window being installed in the kitchen.
